Information for fixed devices manufacturers

All end-user terminal devices (Modem) to enable the delivery of telecommunications services offered by VOO must comply with specific technical requirements.

You will find here the technical specifications of the network termination point for the VOO broadband internet services according to the BIPT Decision of 26 September 2023 regarding the identification of the network termination point for broadband services and TV services. Any change in the regulation related to this decision may impact the validity and content of this document.

Terminal devices developed by manufacturers must be certified according to internationally recognized standards. Terminal devices that are not certified will be rejected by VOO.
