Whether you are a customer or not, you are already connected to our network and that's good news! Follow these steps to subscribe to our services:

Register your subscription request

You can subscribe:
- via the internet,
- in a VOO store,
- at an authorised VOO point of sales,
- by calling our contact centre on 0800/800 25,

Depending on the services you currently have, it's possible that your request for an internet and/or phone service is activated remotely and without the intervention of a technician. This option will be confirmed when you register your request through the channels mentioned above.

Fix a date for the installation

The subscription to internet, telephony and interactive digital television via a Voocorder requires one of our technicians to be called out.

A technician will call on you on the date and within the time slot that you will have agreed. This date and time slot will be confirmed to you by text message. Please note that two types of installations are possible:

1) Standard Installation - € 60 (excluding promotions)
From Monday to Friday, either between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. or in the afternoon between 1 and 5 p.m.
Subject to the availability of the VOO installers

2) Installation evenings and weekends - € 60 + package (excluding promotions)
From Monday to Friday between 5 and 8 p.m. € 60 + € 25 package
On Saturday, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. and between 1 and 5 p.m.: € 60 + € 50 package

On the actual day, you will be notified of the arrival of the technician by SMS on your mobile phone. or by an automatic message on your landline phone.

Installation

What VOO does for you

  • The dispatch of a technician to the place of installation of your services.
    You will be notified of the arrival of the technician by SMS on your mobile phone, or by an automatic message to your landline phone.
  • Activate the requested VOO product(s)
  • A check of the cable television socket(s) that supplies/supply the Voocorder and/or the modem. Defective or non-compliant sockets are replaced free of charge.
  • The free installation of an amplifier (NIU) if required by the technical configuration of your home or, if necessary, the free installation of a TV coax cable splitter (-4,-4) inside your home. If you already have an amplifier (NIU) with 1 DATA port and your products and services require 2 DATA ports, the technician replaces your current amplifier with a DATA 2 port amplifier free of charge.
For interactive television only
  • A check of the cable television cable inside your home. Defective or non-compliant cables are replaced free of charge up to 15 m per Voocorder (or 2 per modem) between the supply point and the socket of the VOOcorder. The cable will be secured to the wall. Beyond 15 metres per VOOcorder (or 2 m per modem), the cable will be billed per metre (laying and supply) at the applicable rate. A quote will be submitted to you for signing.
  • The entry into service of the VOOcorder (via a SCART or HDMI port).
  • A short demonstration of the basic functionalities of the Voocorder (± 10 minutes).
For internet only
  • An internet connection test on the technician’s PC.
For telephone only
  • The connection of your VOO phone line, if the technical configuration of your home allows it, to the phone sockets of your previous operator. If necessary, technical modifications may be necessary and charged at the applicable rate.
  • The connection of the VOO phone line to your alarm system, if the technical configuration of your home allows it. If necessary, technical modifications may be necessary and charged at the applicable rate.
  • A telephone connection test.


What VOO can do for you

  • If your indoor installation requires a technical modification (addition of television sockets, laying of a coaxial cable, change to the supply point, installation of an amplifier), a quote will be submitted to you by the technician. Once the quote is signed by an authorised person, the work will be carried out immediately if the scope of the work is limited or will be carried out within the framework of a new appointment.
  • These services will be billed at the applicable rate. No promotion or reduction applies to these rates.

What VOO doesn’t do

  • The electrical connection to supply the amplifier, modem, etc.
  • The installation of DVD players, home cinema, videos, DVD recorders, MediaPlayer, etc.
  • The installation of modems other than those available from VOO, a router, a PC network or a printer.
  • An internet connection test on your own PC.
  • Pipe chases in the wall for the cables
