International Option

The International Option enables you to call landlines for up to 2,000 minutes per month, in 64 countries, 24/7, except for special numbers and, in Morocco, numbers provided by the WANA Corporate and Medi Telecom operators, which are the numbers that start with the following prefixes: 00212 520, 00212 521, 00212 525, 00212 526, 00212 527, 00212 529, 00212 530, 00212 531, 00212 532, 00212 533, 00212 534, 00212 538, 00212 540, 00212 546, 00212 547, 00212 550, 00212 553. Above this limit, your calls are billed at VOO’s international rates. Click here for further details. Unused minutes cannot be carried forward to the following month. Unlimited Mobile Plans

All VOO’s “unlimited” offers are solely intended for normal, personal and private use. This normal usage allows the customer to make intensive use of the services provided by VOO. Usage that exceeds a total of 6000 call minutes and 6000 texts per month (1 call minute = 1 text) is considered to be abnormal. In the event of abnormal usage, VOO will bill the customer a € 0.23 supplement for every additional call minute and € 0.07 for every additional text.

Option Data

Offer valid while stocks last for all new subscriptions to the Data Option taken out with VOOmobile’s Smartphone Special Offer with a 24-month commitment period for the Smartphone.. The Option is only accessible in conjunction with a VOOmobile subscription, twice per customer number. This offer is available only to customers who are up to date with their payments for at least 3 months as subscribers to a VOO interactive service (internet, interactive television and/or landline telephone) or for at least 6 months to analogue/digital VOO television or VOOmobile. The smartphone can be picked up from the VOO shops or delivered directly to the customer at the address given in Belgium subject to payment of the invoice for the smartphone. The unused data volume in any given month cannot be carried forward to the following month. The mobile internet data volume included in the deal is valid in Belgium and in Europe.

The Europe option

The Europe Option enables you to call for 60 minutes and send 60 text messages from Belgium to Europe. If you exceed these limits, the standard rate applies. One Europe Option per SIM card. The call minutes and text messages included in the Europe Option are not valid towards satellite networks or special numbers (voting, 0900, etc.). Any minutes and text messages left unused in any given a month cannot be carried forward to the next month. Calls to a European country are billed per second from the 31st second. All calls are billed for the first 30 seconds.

078 Rates

Calls to 078 numbers are included in your flat rate plan or are billed as nationwide calls that come outside of the flat rate plan if you do not have an active national flat rate plan or if you have exhausted your call minutes.

Download and upload speed

The download and upload speeds depend on your IT hardware, your internal cabling and router. The speeds stated are available when connecting via a cable. The speeds may be lower when using a Wi-Fi connection.

Unlimited monthly volume

The VOO Unlimited Internet service offers are solely for private and personal use. The unlimited nature of the service cannot be assured, particularly in cases of fraud, dishonest usage, usage infringing the rights of third parties, particularly the intellectual property of third parties, or use that constitutes an abuse within the meaning of case law. The customer must have a eurodocsis 3.0-compatible VOO modem to be able to use the NET LIGHT, RELAX et MAX packs. Customers who subscribe to one of the above packs and who do not have a eurodocsis 3.0- compatible modem at the time of subscription, will have their current modem replaced by a eurodocsis 3.0 VOO modem free of charge.

Free access to Sudinfo Premium

Subscription to “Sudinfo Premium” is included in the TRIO and QUATRO packs. This gives you access to Sudinfo digital publications. These Sudinfo publications are also available to consumers separately as part of their “Premium ” package (currently available at a monthly cost of 14 EUR). Subscription gives you access to all of the newspapers included in this package, i.e. the following digital newspapers: “La Meuse”, “La Nouvelle Gazette”, “La Province”, “Nord Eclair” and “La Capitale”. Subscription and conditions of use
A Customer may only subscribe to the VOOmotion service by completing the online subscription form which is available on the www.voomotion.be website (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and by accepting the present terms and conditions which apply in addition to the general terms and conditions of VOO, which can be consulted on www.voo.be/en/conditions-generales. A confirmation e-mail is sent to the Customer by VOO to confirm the registration. To guarantee optimum viewing of the VOOmotion service, only three users per Customer may use the service simultaneously. The VOOmotion service offers are solely for private and personal use. Using the VOOmotion service results in internet usage which is deducted from the download volume included in your subscription. This usage guarantees intensive use for the Customer. The VOOmotion Service cannot be assured, particularly in cases of fraud, dishonest usage, usage infringing the rights of third parties, particularly the intellectual property of third parties, or usage that constitutes an abuse of case-law. Using the site www.voomotion.be is the sole and full responsibility of the Customer. VOO shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages, such as material damage, the loss of data or programmes, financial damage, resulting from the use of the www.voomotion.be site, or sites associated with this site, or sites to which it links.

Provided service
VOO provides access to the electronic programme guide, LIVE TV content of the channels included in the Customer’s pack, and to the “”On Demand”” content of movies included in the Customer’s pack. Subject to technical constraints, VOO undertakes to engage all resources at its disposal to ensure that the Customer can access the service(s) to which he subscribes. VOO has the right, at any time and without notice, to modify the technical characteristics of the services and their makeup, particularly the number and nature of the channels and the makeup of the catalogue of programmes offered by VOO
Download subject to the availability of the programmes in the offer and the screens used. Up to 10 programmes can be downloaded simultaneously. Programmes are available for up to 30 days after they are downloaded and for 48 hours after you first start watching them.

Liability related to the use of the Site and the VOOmotion service
VOO does not guarantee that the functions of the Site and the VOOmotion service will be available without interruption or error, that the defects will be corrected, or that the Site and the server on which it resides have no viruses or other harmful components. VOO gives not guarantee as to the ability of the VOOmotion service to meet the expectations and the needs of the Customer. VOO also reserves the right to suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site, at any time, without prior notice. VOO shall not be held liable for any loss and/or damage whatsoever that results from the suspension, the interruption, the technical (breakdown), the slowness, the difficult access and or the inaccessibility to all or part of the Site or the VOOmotion service, or for viruses or other harmful components on the Site. Customers use the Site and the VOOmotion service at their own risk. The Site, its components and all the information, software, installations, services related to it, are provided as is, according to the availability without warranty of any kind (express or implied) and within the limitations of the applicable law. VOO declines any liability in the event of loss or damage (direct, indirect, material or immaterial) resulting from the use of the Site and its components, or the incapacity to use the Site. The Site may contain hypertext links to other internet sites. Other internet sites may include a link to the Site. These third-party sites are not controlled by VOO and VOO is not responsible for how they work, the content or their use. Unless stated explicitly by VOO on the Site, the existence of such links does not imply VOO’s endorsement of these third-party sites or their use, or any association or partnership with the operators of these sites.

The services offered by VOO, their content and the Equipment made available to the Customer are protected notably by the legislation concerning intellectual property rights. Any recording or copy made for any other purpose than for private use on any format whatsoever, and any public broadcast, is forbidden. The services and their content are exclusively intended for the private domain. The Customer may not authorise any third party to use the services and their content either by broadcasting them or copying them. In the event of failure to comply with the obligations described above, the Customer exonerates VOO from any complaint or action emanating from a third party.

The programmes announced by the television channel broadcasters are the responsibility of those broadcasters and may, at any time and without notice, be changed by those broadcasters. Since VOO is not a broadcaster of programmes, it shall never be held responsible for their content. VOO is not solely responsible for the transmission of programmes and therefore may not be held responsible for direct or indirect damage due in particular to a breakdown, delay or interruption in the retransmission or reception of programmes. VOO provides Customers who subscribe to the digital television and interactive digital television service with an electronic programme guide. This functionality allows Customers to consult information about the programming on certain channels. VOO may not be held responsible for the content, precision and the exhaustive character of this information.

“On Demand” Service (SVOD/ VOD)
The “on demand” service is a chargeable accessory service which enables the client, upon request, to order and view a specific audiovisual programme chosen from a catalogue of programmes offered by VOO. The order control process is assured by the use of a personal identification code called a PIN code which is entered by the Customer at the time of placing the order. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the choice of his PIN code, or for keeping the initial PIN code proposed by VOO, and for its use: it may be used by him and/or by a third party. The Customer expressly relinquishes generally any recourse whatsoever against VOO in relation to this. The programme is delivered to the Customer immediately after he has placed the order. The Customer may not cancel, change or postpone an order once it has been placed. The price of each programme ordered is charged to the Customer’s account and will appear on the first bill/payment notice following the order or, if applicable, be debited on the date of the next direct debit. VOO’s obligation to fulfil the orders placed by the Customer does not constitute a best endeavours obligation. Once the subscription contract has expired, or been terminated or suspended, for whatever reason, the Customer will no longer have access to the “on demand” service, even if programmes have been ordered but not yet viewed.

VOOsport World is an Option, which must be combined with VOO’s interactive digital TV service (VOOcorder or .évasion box).

Discovery offer : one month free

Discovery package: one month’s free subscription to one of VOO’s TV Extras excluding Be tv (Family Fun (€10), Discover More (€15), Voo Sport (between €5 and €11), Voo Sport World (€17)) or one of the combos: combo sport (Voo Sport and Voo Sport World: 20), family combo (Be TV, Family Fun and Discover More: €40), leisure combo (Family Fun + Discover More: €20).

Offer valid for all new VOO Extra TV subscriptions excluding Be tv (Family Fun, Discover More, Voo Sport, Voo Sport World), or Combo. Customers who have already subscribed to one of VOO’s TV EXTRAS or a COMBO during the previous 12 months cannot enjoy the Discovery package for this product. It is not possible to enjoy the Discovery package when subscribing to a TV EXTRA via the évasion Box.

Discover More is a supplementary service, which must be combined with VOO’s interactive digital TV service (VOOcorder or .évasion box). Offer not compatible with Be bouquets, Be Options, Panorama and Ciné Pass.

Be tv

Be tv is an Option, which must be combined with VOO’s interactive digital TV service (VOOcorder or .évasion box).

Be on demand: service available on the VOO networks with a compatible set-top box. The programme can be ordered three times and viewed only within 48 hours of each order. Films, series and weekly broadcasts are available for 30 days after they are broadcast. Daily programmes are available for one week after their first broadcast.

Adults only

The Adult options (Classé X, Man X, My X Pass) are a supplementary service, which must be combined with VOO’s interactive digital TV service (VOOcorder or .évasion box).
