  • Is the VOO network fast and stable?

    In 2021, VOO’s wired Internet was found to be the fastest in your region. Our mobile network covers 97% of Belgian territory. It was voted the fastest and most powerful in 2020 and 2021 with higher download and upload speeds than the competition and excellent results for web browsing and video streaming.

  • What does the installation include?

    If you already have a cable outlet, you will need a simple installation. The technician’s visit is free if offered with the subscription you have chosen. If you do not have a cable outlet, you will need a new connection. You will be charged €90 for the technician’s visit. In both cases, replacement or installation of the cable is free up to 10 metres.   • Do I have access to the same services if I order online?

    We offer you the same services whether you order online or in store. In addition, by ordering online, you are also eligible for our web deals!

  • What is the installation procedure?

    Once you have chosen the date and time slot that suits you, a technician will visit your home to install the VOO services. They will check that everything works properly and if you wish, can give you a demo.
